Ashley Romero is our hearing instrument specialist but has also been the friendly voice that you have heard on the phone for the last sixteen years. Prior to becoming a hearing instrument specialist, she was our office manager/billing manager/receptionist, so she is also very familiar with insurance billing/benefits. Please feel free to call her with any insurance questions. She completed her two-year apprentice under Dr. Marilyn G. Maschgan and obtained state and national board certification in 2019. Ashley enjoys spending her free time with her family at the lake or watching a good movie at home.

“Read about EPIC, Went in there & filled out some papers Front desk girl just told me to just sign them, I wanted to read what I was signing!, got upset,not friendly at all' wouldn't even say Hello to my wife. Said Aud. was waiting, Then saw the Aud. She was more interest in how much I would pay, before giving me a free test. insisted all I could get were ReSound cheapest, about $2500, didn't offer any other brand like Epic advertised. seemed more interested in her commissions, I mentioned Hi the other company offering aids to seniors for about $740 & she said there were none that she knew of in Las Vegas getting upset, I walked out. Not the place I wanted to be associated with, she then thru the papers in the shredder”

Welcome you to Vegas Valley Hearing! Our goals are to provide our patients with the most up-to-date hearing aid technology as well as to provide comprehensive audiological services for all ages - from infants to seniors. Additionally, we routinely service and support your hearing aids.
Vegas Valley Hearing are providers on most insurance plans and offer a wide range of hearing aids to meet all needs and budgets. Financing for hearing aid purchases is also available through Care Credit. Additionally, staff members work with each patient and their family in selecting the hearing aid that is most appropriate for their individual needs.
