“I just recently got my new hearing aids from the VA.I was scheduled for a zoom meeting to show me how to use them this appt was canceled. I called Plattsburgh Hearing to see if they could no hesitation they said yes. He was so helpful and being a veteran there was no charge I highly recommend them excellent service ”

“Very happy with the whole experience with Plattsbugh Hearing. They are the choice of my insurance so that is why I went to them with my hearing issue. I have had hearing aids for 14 years but they stopped working and so decided to get new ones. I was given a timely appointment to see Erica, who was very helpful in doing a hearing test then deciding on some right kind for me. After ordering them the company was having microchip problems and that style was out of stock so they sent a more expensive brand. I chose not to spend the extra money and Plattsbugh Hearing returned them and we ordered a different brand. Jeremy was very helpful to stay on a Friday to fit them, which was very nice of him. I then returned for a follow up visit with Erica a week later for a checkup and I have to says thank you to both, as it is so great to be able to hear again”
