“I had multiple visits to tune my two hearing aids. They were patient with me, and they never made me feel like I was a burden. In fact, they welcomed my visits to get my aids tuned perfecty. About 4 years later, the earpiece became detached from the wire. They told me it was out of warranty, but asked me to come in anyway. I figured it could cost me a small fortune to reattach the wire to the earpiece. However, two days later, they called and said my aids were ready for pickup. Perfect repair, no charge. They blest my socks off. This place is totally pro. My hearing in both ears was less than 4000 Hz. I can now hear recorded music list violins, snare drums. I can hear language consonants. I think I'm back to somewhere between 12 and 15 KHz. I was very surprised at the success they provided tuning these aids to perfection. They will work with you until they get them functioning at a very satisfactory level. Don't hesitate to call these people. They can usually fit you in quite quickly. Before the pandemic, it was same-day service several times I called. You'll be glad you called.”
