Dr. Allison Moneypenny earned her bachelor’s degree in hearing and speech sciences as well as her her doctorate in audiology from the University of Akron, which has a partnership with Kent State University and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. This consortium of facilities offers the Doctor of Audiology degree through NOAC (Northeast Ohio Au.D. Consortium).

“She explained everything really good because it was not an easy thing to face that my hearing is no good, but she made me feel comfortable. It's kind of hard to accept that your hearing is not what it used to be. They were just really good, very professional. She moved trough each phase with out any issue. She explains everything, so you know exactly how everything will work. She doesn't just tell you "everything is going to be just wonderful" when you first get your hearing aids, because that's what people think. She let me know it is going to be an adjustment.”
