“For over two years I had tried different hearing aids from different audiologists in Greater New York area I had always ended up returning the unit due to some irreparable deficiency in production. Either the sound was annoyingly on and off or the unit simply went dead after only a few days of functioning. It astonished me to realize that finding the right audiologist could be such a daunting ordeal. I was at the lowest ebb of hopelessness when one among many audiology web pages caught my attention. it was my first time to come across a "Doctor of Audiology" so I was intrigued enough to seek out said doctor, hoping that with his superior credentials translates into superior reliability. I was proven right. Dr. Artem Yusupov finally got me the "holy grail" badly needed to redeem my normalcy as a fully functioning person. His technology was noticeably more advanced than what I had been so far introduced to. He got it precisely right at the outset without the troublesome trial and error process I had previously gone through. The doctor effectively projects his self-confidence as though he can read through a patient's anxiety. He addressed questions in my mind even before I articulated them. The most accurate words to describe the conduct of his service -----THOROUGH and EXHAUSTIVE. Most important is the staying power of the pair of aids he made for me. By the way I am not the sort who will render an appraisal of any professional service unless backed up by years of favorable experience that's why it took me four years since purchase before I wrote this review. Over that period never had there been any issue with the hearing aids with regards soundness of operation. May this review be helpful to potential hearing aid users. ”

“I came to Dr. Yusupov's office few days ago together with my grandfather whom I brought there for his annual exam. We used to go to a different place before but then saw this new office and decided to check it out. I made the appointment beforehand and, the first thing I liked, when we arrived it was a very minimal wait time. Few minutes later Dr. Yusupov took my grandfather for examination. While I was waiting, I was offered water by receptionist, which was very kind as well. When my grandfather came out he was smiling (FYI he hates doctor's visits) but he was thrilled how knowledgeable, nice and personable Dr. Yusupov was. He told me he found a great audiologist and would like to come back only to this office in the future. “Dr. Yusupov has a life-time patient in me. While in medical school, I was diagnosed with hereditary hearing loss and then tinnitus. It was overwhelming to have to select and get fitted for hearing aids, and to adjust my life to these new circumstances. Dr. Yusupov worked with me and my budget to help me get back to hearing and working. He listened to me every step of the way, and I feel that he legitimately cared about helping me get through this process. He was patient and respectful with me and took the time to connect with me, so that he understood me as a patient and not merely a customer. We tried several types of hearing aids, and adjusted each many times AND tried a variety of ways to treat my tinnitus. Even when I lost patience, he didn't! You want a doctor who will be supportive and helpful when you're dealing with a life long condition, like hearing loss. I recommend Dr. Yusupov to anyone who has hearing loss or tinnitus and wants a doctor that will understand and genuinely care for him/her.”

“Dr Yusupov was so patient. He thoroughly took the time to explain my test results and demonstrated hearing aids on my ears throughout the appointment. He even showed us a video, where we could understand the anatomy and physiology of the ear much better. The atmosphere was very calming as well, and front desk lady was extremely kind.
