“I have been using hearing aids for years. I had suffered through many difficult issues understanding people, music, televisions and conversations. In fact I developed a reputation of being overbearing, I spoke in a very loud voice, people thought I was aggressive, in fact I just couldn't hear myself. My first set of aids were very good, I thought. For years I dealt with adjusting them in various situations, outside, inside, restaurants and conversations. They did very little for my tinnitus problem. Thomas worked very hard with me to fine tune the hearing aids with some success. After years of dealing with them, Thomas suggested I try the new "Oticon More" aids. He was just excited about them saying they just came out and they are totally different in how they improved hearing. Try them for free, he suggested. Oh boy, I thought a sales pitch! The instant I put them in, I knew they were for me. I haven't heard this clearly for 40 years. I wore the trial aids for a week in every situation I came across they were just superb. I purchased my own set and haven't been happier. Thomas had me come back on several occasions and he fine tuned them for me, explaining over time my brain will do most of the work picking out the sounds I want to hear. These aids are so comfortable, I don't know they are even in. I discovered over time I didn't notice the tinnitus as much. In fact I never want to take them off, so much I wish I could sleep in them, regrettably you can't. “I had been wearing hearing aids for years. The problem was they did not help as far as background noise, so I started wearing cheap aids because they seemed to work as well as the expensive ones. I finally had to re-think it because my hearing was getting worse and I was starting to not care anymore about socializing, and my husband told me my speech was changing, that I was no longer enunciating well. I was isolating myself because I did not want to continually ask people to repeat themselves in person and by phone. A friend with hearing loss had recommended Hearing Health Care Conway to me. I can tell you that my new hearing aids have changed my life. Social events no longer worry me, I can hear at meetings, on the phone, and around the dinner table. Restaurant dining has improved, as I can hear the person I'm facing, despite background noise. Hubby says I am now enunciating well. I've had these hearing aids for a month now, and my hearing continues to improve. Thomas is great, he made adjustments over several appointments to continually fine-tune the hearing aids to get the best possible levels for me. I had never experienced that level of service from any hearing aid clinic. He is very helpful and knowledgable. Get your life back, go see him!”
