He has training on difficult hearing instrument fittings and dynamic digital hearing instrument programming and evaluation. He is also recognized in Stanford Who's Who as a honored member for year 2010 and 2011, and recognized as the 2018 Favorite Hearing Aid Company in the San Gabriel Valley News Group's Readers' Choice Awards.
