Tim Cross earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton and was introduced to the hearing industry in 1985. He has been a licensed hearing aid dispenser for over 30 years. Tim also went on to study counseling at Pensacola Christian College, and Liberty University. He has helped thousands of people hear better and is highly-dedicated to patient satisfaction.
Tim and his wife Brenda have four adult children and five grandchildren. Outside of the office, Tim enjoys singing and playing music, especially in church. He also loves teaching Sunday school, playing golf, hiking and exploring God's creation with his family.
