Dr. Kimberly Lavoie is a licensed audiologist with over a decade of audiology experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Portland State University and a Doctorate in audiology from A.T. Still University. Dr. Lavoie also holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. She specializes in diagnostic audiology, tinnitus management, hearing aid technology including fitting and programming.

“I was referred to Dr. Briggs by another CCA for permanent mild hearing loss and was then denied by Dr. Briggs due to her interpretation of the other CCA's audiogram. Instead of conducting a subsequent test Dr. Briggs took it upon herself to summarily cancel my hearing aid consultation pre-scheduled over a month out and then when called out that she never provided any alternatives, or suggestions moving forward, she responded that "she mailed me 5 tips on how to be a better communicator". I'm all for empowerment and I'm sure her analysis was based within some sort of system, but permanent hearing loss does not improve with improvisation. Unlike other conditions such as vision, permanent hearing loss doesn't correct itself with age.”

We offer a full range of audiology services, including hearing tests, custom ear plugs and the latest technology in hearing aids. We have two audiologists available to better serve you. For patients with allergies, we provide comprehensive allergy testing, immunotherapy (allergy shots) and medical therapy. Our four physicians are board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and are available for urgent same day appointments when needed. With a state of the art in house CT scanner, we can perform a CT scan of the sinuses, provide diagnosis and treatment in the same visit. In addition we have well trained support staff ready to assist with any question you may have regarding your care.
