She has over two decades’ experience helping people improve their quality of life thru better communication. Vanessa earned a Master’s degree in audiology from Ohio University and before opening her own practice, she was the Director of the Speech and Hearing Center at Lima Memorial Hospital. She is knowledgeable in the latest technology in hearing aids and devices so she can help you choose the best solution for your hearing needs.

“Took care of getting fitted for new ear molds. But, told I had a ear wax build up in my one ear. Was told that they did not have time to clean my ear out. I was also told that I would have to schedule another appointment to just have the wax removed from my ear, that they did not have time to take care of this. I called my primary physician and to take care of this. A little bothered that my ears could not be cleaned and told they did not have time to clean them. I'm a little upset about this.”
