Dr. Jane Rudy is a licensed audiologist with over four decades of clinical experience. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Hearing Speech Language Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Rudy received the Woman of Excellence Award in 2009. Dr. Rudy has lectured extensively in audiology and published many articles in peer-reviewed journals.

Received 02/05/2020Official Response from Upper Valley Hearing and Balance Inc.:“Hello, We're sorry to hear your concern. As stated in the fitting policy, all follow up visits, batteries and other supplies are included during the first year after fitting. There is a nominal fee after the first year for these items. Your hearing aids would have also come with either a one or three-year service repair warranty (depending on model), which covers both in-office repairs and those sent to the manufacturer. If you feel you were charged in error, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly and we will gladly look into it and refund any amount that may have been charged in error.
