“Need a great ENT in Utah County? Do yourself a favor and DON'T go to Peak ENT in Provo. The customer service is TERRIBLE and so unprofessional! I recently had an appointment there and waited almost an hour in the waiting room. Then after having my vitals done and a quick hearing check, I waited in the exam room. And waited. AND WAITED!! For almost another hour!! I finally looked out into the hall and asked if I was going to be seen soon. The nurse practitioner said, "Oh my gosh! Hasn't the doctor been in to see you yet!!??" She said he was "really busy" and came in and checked me out for all of 2 minutes and sent me on my way. Unbelievable! I was there for over 2 hours. I never did see the doctor. My portion of the bill was over $350!! I called to ask if they would reduce the charges since I never did see the doctor and was there SO LONG, but they wouldn't make any adjustments. Won't be going back ever. ”

“Honestly, I have been really unimpressed with this office each time I have come in. The first time I visited I was the only person in the waiting room but I had to wait for over 30 minutes to be seen, which was frustrating but I chose to come back because the Dr. was good. The second time I waited for over 30 minutes as well, while a number of people who arrived after me were taken back before me ( I understand there are multiple drs but no one informed me there would be a long wait or that the Dr was behind-- the receptionist told me the appointment would take around 15 minutes, and that was clearly a lie). Again, I know one can't predict when a Dr will get behind but someone could have kept me informed. Then, when I was taken back I waited for over 45 minutes in the room before seeing anyone. Again I decided to return because the Dr was good. But before setting up my next appointment the Dr said the staff would be happy to call my insurance to check coverage (I did not ask for this, he simply suggested they could do it). Upon bringing this up to the staff whom I scheduled with she said, "No, we don't do that". I told her the Dr had just told me they would, so she obliged seemingly annoyed, but said she would not get to it for a few days. Well here we are the weekend before my appointment on Monday and no one called my insurance, and if I cancel my appointment at this point because of not having insurance coverage, I am going to be charged a fee from the office. Having worked at a Dr's office before myself, this is just ridiculous to me. I understand the office doesn't always run as smoothly as hoped, but I am really strongly thinking I should just find a new ENT. I have never been repeatedly more frustrated with any office staff than with this office. ”

“The doctor was super nice. Their system for billing is terrible. The billing office does not have a clue what they are doing. I have been billed 3 times for the same thing. They keep blaming my bills on different things, but I have all the proof and paper work to prove my insurance and myself have paid all of our bills. So far they have billed me for an extra $60. I will never return to this office!!!! They have a terrible billing system with even worse customer service rap-ore.”
