“2 or 3 months ago, I would probably have given Dr. Cleveland a good review. My last experience changed all that. I bought my first hearing aids from her 10 years ago. Subsequent visits for adjustments were satisfactory. Early Feb. I had a new examination and she recommended new hearing aids with newer technology. New ones were ordered and paid for at the time. I had asked about my insurance coverage for the new ones. She assured me what they would pay was so insignificant it wasn't worth the bother. Within the week, I was notified they were in and to come in the next day. That was when we had a winter storm and I lived 60 miles away. When the roads were clear, I called to make an appointment. Staff said there was a medical issue and they would call me later to make an appointment. A month later, my wife called to enquire why such a delay. The office Mgr. was rude and said Dr Cleveland 's husband has died. Of course, being out of town, we had no way of knowing this. Dr. Cleveland got upset because of the enquiry and I was told I could not pick up my hearing aids which had been in the office for about a month and I was told to come in and get a refund. I then got an appointment with another audiologist. I now have new hearing aids ordered. And the clincher... my insurance is paying $2,000 dollars on the new hearing aids. Long story, but you should know that saying a patient $2,000 was just to much for Dr. Cleveland to be concerned about and she will dump a 10 year association for enquiring about a delay.”

“I have a 10 year experience with Dr. Cleveland. It was amicable until this week. I was retested and new hearing aids were ordered and paid for on Jan 9. A week later I was notified they had arrived. I was unable to pick them up on the date suggested (I live an hour away) when I called back within the week to get an appointment, I was told there was a medical issue and I would be notified when I could get an appointment. On the 21 of Feb. my wife called, asking for information why no word for a month about picking up my hearing aids. She was chastised by staff for questioning as Mr. Cleveland had passed away. Obviously, we had no knowledge of this unfortunate event. My wife was told Dr. Cleveland would be in shortly and I could pick up my aids the next day. While my wife was on the phone updating me, staff called and informed me I could not pick up my hearing aids which they had in the office for over a month snd my payment would be returned as Dr. Cleveland decided a pleasant working relationship would not now be possible. Totally unprofessional conduct for asking why a more than a month delay.”

“Dr. Cleveland is available anytime needed, she always assists and follows up, when calling, visiting or leaving a message at the front desk. Very helpful and accommodating. Both my husband and myself see her as well as Dr Fell, ENT. We are both pleased.”

“I like Dr. Cleveland, but man, you can't reach her. I need to cancel an appointment and the folks at the clinic just won't connect me or take a message. When I purchased my hearing aids, she forgot to get me the 1,000 back from insurance. And another time, she never called me back for an appointment. This time, she did, but when I try to reach her, I can't. It's infuriating. No message. No nothing. I know it's impossible to call a doctor anymore, but with her, you just can't reach her. So I cannot recommend her at all. ”
