“I happened by the Metairie office to ask a question about getting a blue tooth inner-ear hearing aid to use for running and not only did they answer my question they went the extra TEN miles to make sure the product was a good streaming device and accommodated my level of severe hearing loss. Then they went TEN more and didn’t try to sell me on a higher priced rechargeable device but the more affordable battery device. TEN more miles and they took the impression right on the spot. Caring, understanding, concerned for their patients does not fully describe these wonderful people ❤️”
