Dr. Beth Connors is a licensed audiologist who serves patients at Doctors Hearing Services. She earned her doctorate degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology in 2005. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. Dr. Connors is knowledgeable in many types and styles of hearing aids and has extensive knowledge in vestibular (balance) testing. She also has experience working in a variety of practice settings including private hearing aid clinics.

“I would like to qualify my "below average" review by saying I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Connors. My review has to do with Dr. Furst's business practices. I returned hearing aids on 8/19/21, ordered less expensive ones, and was due a refund at that time. Dr. Furst would not credit the credit card I used to pay for the original hearing aids for the due (according to his staff) because he didn't want to pay the credit card fee. He would only pay with a check from his home office and thus couldn't pay me that day. I went back to his office to pick up the less expensive replacement hearing aids on 8/19/21 and again asked for my refund. This time I was told that Dr. Furst's home printer was not working, and somehow that prevented him from having my refund check ready. I finally got a call that my refund check was ready to be picked up on 8/30/21 - 11 days after I was due to get my refund.”
