“WOW! I didn't know what I was missing. Much of my work is on the phone and I was growing more frustrated due to not hearing the clarity of my callers speech. Dr. Hoffman gave me back my 'people connections' by first, listening to my specific needs, and then educating me to what was available to me today! We worked TOGETHER to determine what was right for ME. I am still amazed at the time she spent making sure I am happy with my device. Not only am I happy... I'm down right GIDDY! I had no idea what I was missing! And, because she is local to me I don't need to be going any distance for my follow-up visits! Come visit our state of the art facility The Balance and Dizziness Clinic at Harmony Medical Center led by Dr. Kimberly Hoffman of Advanced Audiology & Hearing Care and Brian Prell, MSPT, RRT of the Rehabiliation and Peformance Center. This centers offers patients the most sophisticated Videonystagmography (VNG) and Rotary Chair tests in the state of Georgia.

Hearing care services
Diagnostic Audiologic Evaluation - This includes otoscopy (examining the ear), tympanometry (test of middle ear function), pure-tone testing, bone-conduction testing, and speech testing.
Hearing Device Evaluation and Fitting - A hearing device evaluation will be scheduled to discuss your specific recommendations based on your hearing loss, listening needs, and financial consideration.
Hearing Aid Programming - Dr. Hoffman will program your hearing aids based the results of your hearing test results and lifestyle needs.
Hearing Aid Sales - We offer all major hearing aid manufacturers and a Variety of Technology Levels to meet the needs of each and every patient including: Oticon, ReSound, Phonak, Starkey, Signia and Widex. We also carry MFi Hearing Devices which directly connect to your cell phone and rechargeable hearing aids. Additional hearing technology features and benefits:

Hearing Device Repairs - Offering walk in hours daily to address any problems with your hearing devices. Most can be repaired at our facility. We will assess them to determine if they can be repaired in house or need to be sent out to the manufacturer.
Tinnitus Treatment Options - Tinnitus is often described as a ringing, buzzing or whooshing noise in the ears. Treatments available are Sound therapy, Hearing aids, Tinnitus retraining therapy (TRT). (treatments are dependent on the cause of your tinnitus and other factors)
Balance Evaluations - For the thorough assessment and treatment of balance related disorders available at The Balance and Dizziness Clinic at Harmony Medical Center
Insurance, Payment & Financing - We are in-network for most all health plans. Be sure to check with your plan to make sure we are a provider or feel free to call our office and we will verify your coverage and benefits.
