“Staff is friendly & helpful! -once my older hearing aide stopped working they fit me in and gave me a loaner while mine was being fixed -never having a "normal" hearing test in my life, Joan McCormack would simply explain each step and gives favorable feedback during the process -the new hearing aides and the technology they have in this office is exciting transferring your test result and watching them pairing that to your new aides, it's incredible to watch and especially hear the results -importantly for anyone older and not tech savy such as myself, they make it easy (I love talking on my cell phone now or listening to podcasts while walking) ”

“I have worn hearing aids for over 10 years and have had the same pair all that time. My hearing was almost as poor with them as without. It was time for new ones. I went on line to find someplace close by and happened upon Atlantic Hearing Care in Swampscott. I called and had an appointment within a week. I met with Dr Taylor. She is absolutely fantastic! From testing to finalizing the purchase of new hearing aids, she explained it all. Very personable and knowledgeable. Hearing Aids have come a long way from over 10 yrs ago. I have had my new hearing aids for almost a week and I'm SO excited to be able to hear again and engage in conversation "fully". I also want to give a shout out (no pun intended) to Karin in the office she's fabulous too! I highly recommend Atlantic Hearing Care, Inc in Swampscott. I will be sharing my experience with everyone who may be looking into getting new hearing aids or thinking about getting them for the first time. This is THE place to go! Thank you, again, Dr Taylor!”
