“This office and staff lacks complete care and empathy. I was hospitalized for 18 days and are currently recovering from a serious ailment that prevents me from attending my appointment which I wasn’t aware of until I received an email from them less than 24 hours before my appointment. Upon calling to reschedule I was informed that I would have to pay a $75 fee. I tried explaining my hardship but was met with a stone cold lack of empathy. After hanging up I received a text invoice for the $75 before I’ve even missed my appointment! The text read that the charge was for “services rendered that were not covered by insurance”. However, that is a lie because I haven’t even been to the appointment yet! I’ve never missed an appointment with their office and also invested a lot with them by purchasing a new hearing aid. God forbid someone has a serious accident the same day and cannot make their appointment! It definitely sounded as if they would have absolutely no grace for anyone who unfortunately cannot make their appointment. If this is the way they choose to treat loyal patients, I would highly encourage you to look elsewhere for your audiology needs. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ”
