“To be clear, it is not about Dr. Holland. I am putting 1 star review because we never get to see her. Our appointment was cancelled twice because Dr. is not going to be office even though appointments were booked over one month ahead. We stopped trying to make appointment with them because the office is not reliable and we wasted 2 months for nothing and not going to wait another 6 weeks that can get cancelled again. We called other Texas Children's Pediatric associated audiology and got appointment in 2 days, in stead of 6 weeks. In addition to the fact that they cancelled us twice, they are not even willing to accommodate earlier appointment is very disappointing.”

“Dr. Holland is fantastic. A 13 year old receiving hearing aids is socially traumatic but she walked him through every step and he is more confident than ever. Two years in and his equipment has been great. Warranty is awesome as well!”
