“I was traveling thousands of miles from home, and realized I had left my replacement wax filters behind. I looked up Oticon suppliers online in the area I was visiting, and happened by chance to find Bighorn. Mario, the office manager/troubleshooter, helped me as though I were a long-time patient, not only selling me the replacements but cleaning my instruments for me without being asked. Later, I send my mother, an unsuccessful hearing aid wearer, to Ken Blake at Bighorn, and he treated her with courtesy, professionalism — and most important of all, her ability to hear improved dramatically.
