“The doctor and most of the support team were nice and easy to work with. I ordered molded ear plugs for sleep as well. After returning to pick them up, the Doctor was able to spend some time showing me how to best use them. After a few nights it became unbearable to wear the ear plugs. The pain they caused kept me awake and my ears felt like they had been in a fist fight. My calls and email to the clinic were never returned. While I appreciate that these were custom made and likely non returnable, some common curtesy would have been nice.”
