My issue was beyond my usual complaints about my on coming hearing loss. Dr. Fong helped me with the next step in my procedure to get well. She is just as caring and easy to speak to as Dr Feng. I do miss Dr. Feng a great deal but fortunately Dr. Fong is just as competent as Dr. Feng. Each Dr. listens. Client are is they primary concern.
