Audiologist
Dr. Tessier has been assisting people of all ages in the seacoast for over 15 years. She joined Family Ear, Nose & Throat in 2003 where she continues to provide hearing services, hearing loss education, assistive listening device counseling and dispensing of hearing instruments. She lives in the seacoast with her husband and two boys. She would be happy to talk with you about options to treat your hearing loss.
Elizabeth Brown,
AuD, CCC-A, FAAA
Audiologist
Dr. Brown joined Family Ear, Nose & Throat in 2016. She received her undergraduate degree in communication sciences and disorders from the University of Maine in 2004 and her clinical doctorate in audiology from the University of Rhode Island in 2008. She gained experience working in several hospital settings and, after graduation, at Lahey Medical Center where she specialized in rehabilitative audiology and advanced hearing aid technology.
Michele McCarthy,
AuD, CCC-A, FAAA
Audiologist
Dr. McCarthy earned a Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech Science and a Master of Science in Audiology from Purdue University. Later, she earned a Doctor of Audiology from Salus University. She gained experience working at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates and an ENT office before joining our team in April of 2019. Dr. McCarthy specializes in diagnostics and hearing aid fittings in patients of all ages.
Missy Graziani,
AuD
Audiologist
Dr. Missy Graziani attended Emerson College where she completed her bachelor’s degree and her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Connecticut. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and of the American Cochlear Implant Alliance.
Dr. Graziani has vast experience in the fitting and recommendation of implantable hearing devices (bone anchored and cochlear implants). She compares audiology to problem solving and believes diagnosing and treating hearing loss is often a puzzle and she enjoys putting the pieces together and getting her patients the help they need.
When out of the office Dr. Graziani enjoys family time, watching documentaries, TV series and nurturing her ever growing collection of indoor and outdoor plants.

We are a comprehensive ear, nose and throat medical practice and provide hearing evaluations for infants through adults, and hearing instrument evaluations for ages 10 and up. Our doctors are specifically trained and have received the highest education in treatment of the ears, nose and throat including medical, surgical and rehabilitative options. Drs. Brett Rankin, Christopher Sarno and Lisa Tessier would be happy to meet with you to discuss your hearing healthcare needs, and welcome you to our practice.
Our Kittery office is located on the corner of Walker St and State Rd in the Kittery Family Practice building. We are in Suite 200.
We offer an additional office at 4 West Road Stratham, NH if this location is nearest you.
