“I kept on putting it off about getting hearing aides. But my Dr has hearing aides in both ears and I listen to 930 wben. Am radio. And David Bellavia from the radio station said to go to HES of buffalo to get your hearing aides .and they were both rite ,I went and wow I have both hearing aides and what a difference it is I can hear everyone now and when I take them out and I can see why I need them ,I have to turn every thing up .so if you can't hear go get a hearing test and see if you need them. And very reasonable in price too.and all the workers are awesome too thank you.”

“I got referred to this hearing center about 7 years ago, and have referred others because of the personalized approach that looked at my hearing loss as a personal issues not as a sales opportunity. It was the honest approach and individualization that I most respected. ”

“After I lost my last hearing aids (from another source), I was tested by Nicole Baumgartner for a new pair. I changed my mind about a few features, including inserts so I wouldn't lose another pair...when I take my glasses on and off, I managed to pull them out without realizing. Now i am totally happy and relaxed knowing I have a connection through my cell phone that will tell me their exact location. Nicole has been totally helpful and caring. She makes sure you get what you need and want.”

“The hearing tests were so thorough, it amazed me. The entire procedure may have taken an hour, but it was well worth it. On the recommendation of my his pediatrician, my 9 year old grandson was tested in a variety of ways. His hearing was "reduced" but he didn't hear certain sounds or parts of words which affected his life including school work. ”
