Dr. Ray is a licensed audiologist in the State of AZ and is certified by the American Board of Audiology, of which she is a founding member of their Board of Governors. She founded Affiliated Audiology Consultants, Inc. in 1991 after having experience in a variety of audiology settings, including hospitals, ENT offices, pediatrics and field clinics for Indian Health Services in Arizona. Dr. Ray served for 7 years on the Advisory Committee of the Arizona Department of Health Services Dept of Special Licensing.  She completed a tenure on the Board of Directors for the American Academy of Audiology and just recently completed 4 years as a Trustee and Secretary/Treasurer of the Academy's Foundation. In 2014 she was the Program Chair of the Academy's annual convention. Dr. Ray received her BS and MS degrees from Arizona State University and her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Florida. 

Dr. Amanda McInroy is a licensed audiologist in the State of AZ who earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Arizona State University. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. McInroy gained experience working in an ENT office in southern New Mexico training in diagnostics and hearing aid fitting and programming. Her specialties lie in diagnosing hearing loss, hearing aid technology, assistive listening devices and hearing conservation.

Dr. Elaine Slepak is a licensed audiologist in the State of AZ who earned her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Arizona, holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She gained experience working at the Atlanta Department of Veteran’s Affairs conducting diagnostic testing, aural rehabilitation, vestibular evaluations, and working with the latest technology in hearing aids and devices. She also has 13 years of experience in an ENT office where she worked with all ages.
