“I went to see Dr Taffet regarding my deviated septum. He recommended a deviated septum procedure. Everything from schedule my initial appointment, scheduling the procedure, making sure I was well informed on all the pre-op and post-op dos and don’ts, and of course the actual procedure itself were excellent. Dr Taffets ‘bedside manor” is quite transparent, makes you comfortable, he keeps it light but also straight forward on how the whole thing will go. The staff at St Joes is awesome, friendly and do a great job at supporting Dr Taffet and carrying out his procedure. I have already referred a couple friends to him, who feel comfortable with him, his staff and his approach to evaluating their ENT conditions. I highly recommend Dr Taffet for all your ENT needs, he is complete and will not disappoint.”

“Got lost try to call for over 20 mins. For them to guide me to the office no one answered. Finally made it but 15mins late. So now they can't see me, I told them I been calling for over 20 mins and you don't answer. She said nothing, I left was able to switch my other appt so I can come back in 45 min but guess what I call from downstairs and they don't answer, went up called from inside the office and the phone doesn't even ring. I tell her I been calling to reschedule but you don't answer. She didn't even look at me and only said your good for the appt. Not only rude but so disrespectful. The Dr. is nice but with a staff like this ,this place is awful. I don't recommend this place to no one. Rather drive an hr to another location.”

“I made an appointment and was told by Esme it would be no charge at all. Next thing I know they are sending me bills. Told them over and over again I was told no charge. They chose not to believe me. The girl that made the appointment for me listened when I said I could and would not pay for another ENT appointment and she assured me there was no charge. Biltmore ENT chose to believe their girl Esme over a customer. Poor choice.”

“I've had 3 appointments, and each time waited for 45 minutes to an hour. After I got there early like their numerous calls, emails, and texts asked me to. Front desk was awful - no information on wait time. Will be switching doctors. ”
