“Arrived Thursday early for my appointment. Young woman at desk is flicking her hair and she just looks at me-no greeting, nothing. Finally I say I have an appointment. Dr. Chastian was great, personable, professional and accepting of my feedback. Sent back to the audiologist and she was downright rude and scary. Called my name and when I answered she said come on. Sit in that chair. Please was not a part of her vocabulary. That is actually how you herd cattle. When the exam was complete she said go have a seat, they will come to take you back to the doctor, and proceeded to go out the door before me and let the door close on me. Why you are comfortable with such low standards is sad. You get better customer service at McDonald's. Most of us are just asking for civil service. We are your customers you are not doing us a favor; you get paid for service. Sad.”
