I drive from Orange County to San Diego to see her. She is that amazing. Linda and her entire team take time, work with you, and make sure your hearing is excellent. I must also add she pours the best molds, (which is very important). And Jim who handles everything behind the scenes and more is the best to work with. She gave me some trial hearing aids to try out to see if I would like them, which I did. On my first visit her assistant gave me the most thorough hearing test I have ever had in my twenty years of wearing hearing aids. “My mother had been admitted to the hospital. She pulled out her hearing aid and it fell to the ground breaking apart. The nurse's could not figure out how to put it back together for her. It made it very difficult for her to communicate without it. All parties involved with her care were put into a situation of frustration. I immediately all Oliver Audiology. I was very pleased with the service and their concern to help me. They said bring the hearing aid in without an appt. I rushed it to them and the staff was very gracious and helpful in fixing the hearing aid which allowed my mom to hear her children in her last moments before she passed away.
