Her knowledge is exceptional and she explains your hearing profile using a simple graph on her computer. After getting your aides you get several visits to adjust them to your personal environment. From the beginning of having a hearing test through your visits for adjustment, this is a good experience. I highly recommend Julie based on my experience. ”

I dropped them at the East Haven office, where Julie did a battery change, firmware update, and replacement of filters cones and locks.
