“It is with great pleasure that I write this review for the Center for Hearing and Communication. The specialist Melanie Pagan is knowledgeable, well-organized and efficient. Melanie is very personable, reliable and possesses EXCELLENT work ethics. She provided my parents with the best equipment for their needs. Melanie effectively explained and demonstrated how to use their new phones. She also provided us with a booklet with a variety of other hearing and Communication needs. If you are in need of hearing or communication service the Center for Hearing and Communication is the place to visit. Our experience was the GREATEST!!!”
“Very dedicated, conscientious and compassionate group! Everything was explained and demonstrated, making sure I heard/understood each detail. I’m elated with my new phone! Thank you!”
“I am a patient's (George's) caregiver and I am giving this review with his permission. My client just got new hearing aids since his old one broke and these new aids he said, can finally help him hear and listen to TV without headphones and he can hear the Sunday sermon. Ms. Snyde Simbert is an excellent audiologist. ”
“I am a qualified reviewer, as I am a retired Otolaryngologist. My exam was extremely thorough, pleasant, and carefully explained. Extremely professional. Would highly recommend. ”
“I was fortunate enough to find this center. They are fantastic in every way. prompt, professional and caring. I spoke with Pilar who then sent me what I needed by email, which is great if you aren't too good on the phone. My appointment was awesome and the results fore than I hoped for! I am so happy with my hearing aids and the service which was provided. THANK YOU! I'm shouting and I heard it, too!!! ”
