Without hesitation they accommodated me. Not only that, but all the office personnel were friendly as well as professional. I am most pleased with their service and I highly recommend them. ”

“I live on Kauai, they come over here every Tues for appointments. I was having difficulty with my hearing aids. In December 2014 I was told they needed to be sent back to factory for repairs. In January 2015 I picked up one, the other one was not working. They had to send it back again. I called as soon as I received a bill that was $150 over the price quoted me. It took me several tries to have my call returned. I was given several stories why the bill was so high but none were acceptable to me. My other aid was to be back over on Tuesday February 2, I went to pick it up & it was not the right one. So now they tell me it is going to be 3 more weeks... The girl at the office was very short & rude with me. If I ever get my aid Back I hope they do not break again. This is one of the worst experience of my life. It has been almost two months now & I still do not have my right hearing aid. If there was anyone else that worked on my brand I WOULD NEVER AGAIN return to these people. I am a senior citizen I do not & should not be treated this way..I am very dissatisfied with the entire staff ”
