Dr. Summers has been an audiologist with Mercy ENT since 1994. She earned her Masters degree from the University of Northern Colorado and her Doctorate degree from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and holds current State of Iowa licenses in audiology and hearing aid dispensing.

“To whom it may concern: I paid $6000 in 2019 for my hearing aids which I purchased from Mercy ENT Clive. Today I called to see if they could put a piece back on that had fallen off. When I saw the audiologist she told me there would be a $50 charge! Expectations would be that there would be a level of support for repair with this quality of hearing aid. I hope to hear back from management from this office regarding this situation.”
