“I consider myself to have stumbled across this clinic. It started with the receptionist as you walk in for your first appointment. Their receptionist went above and beyond to help me from setting up my first appointment, getting me in to see the Doctors, my hearing test and finally getting me in to see the Audiologist. My wonderful Audiologist, Dr. Janna Weber, can walk on water as far as I am concerned. Every time I met with her I could just tell I knew I was going to get the best service possible. She and her peers within the practice accept the responsibility of making everything come together from your very first appointment to you finally being able to hear. This was the very first time since I cannot remember that I realized how bad my hearing loss had become. Janna always made herself available to assist with any issue I had.”
“Dr. Weber was very professional, yet also personable. Very refreshing to have a knowledgeable and caring experience. No hard selling!”
“I was very impressed with the professional but friendly staff. ”
“Kelly was very friendly. She answered all my questions. She always makes me very comfortable. I have had my aids for about 10 years, they are wonderful! I have referred friends! I will go back here for another pair. ”
“I liked the honesty and caring of my well being to make sure my hearing is taken care of. The care they show when I have an issue with one of my hearing aids. I like the time that is taken to verify all of my issues are correct. I have and will continue to refer them as many times as I can. I can say that the service I get is much more than other places my friends have. ”
