“I purchased my wonderful hearing aids here, a couple of years ago. Recently, one stopped working and I called and was given a time to visit. I made my way there with great trepidation, this has been a tough year and I didn't know what to expect or what might be wrong. A young, beautiful student sat with me and listened to my story, took my "broken" hearing aid to check it and returned before I had even settled in. Something in it had stopped working, it was under warranty and she simply dropped a new one in. I am so sorry I don't remember her name but she had gorgeous red/auburn hair. I also don't remember the name of what stopped working but it was put in place and it sounded perfect. I am 76 and I simply want stuff to work, I don't want the technical explanation. Sweetly, she showed me how to replace some parts as she did it for me. Most likely, I will return for help as my eyes are fuzzy and my fingers arthritic. I left so happy. My ears worked and a young, fun student helped me. It is so nice to have a student available and to hear her say "I'm in the perfect field. I love it." Her great spirit and love carried over to me. Thank you KU Med Audiology.”

“Dr. Mann has been great to work with. I purchased my hearing aids through the clinic several years ago and am very happy with my experience. Any time I have had questions or needed an adjustment, Dr. Mann and the entire staff have been professional, courteous and prompt, and have demonstrated that they want my hearing aids to meet my needs and want me to be happy and satisfied when wearing them, which I am. I would and have recommended them to my friends. ”

“I’ve only been in Kansas for a week and my daughter needed an up to date test for her school IEP. I was scheduled so fast I even got lost and Maria gave me step by step directions. I love this place!”
