“I absolutely love Dr. Kelly. The office I can't stand. It's impossible to get through to anyone with questions, lab results take way too long to get back, and making an appointment is near impossible. My children both go there because they have to. The poor communication and lack of support from the staff makes this office really unappealing. If possible, go towards the bridge. ”

“This is a terrible office to work with – long waits and zero customer service when it comes to appointments and surgery. Expect to wait no less than an hour in this waiting room for your scheduled appointment; we were told they were squeezing in last minute appointments. When it came time to schedule surgery, it was scheduled nearly two months ahead at which time we were given a surgery time. Closer to the date of surgery, that time continued to be pushed back by the doctor’s office. It was impossible to arrange a ride to and from the office (due to anesthesia) because the scheduled surgery time kept being pushed back, not to mention the hour and a half needed to drive to Salisbury. When we called the doctor’s office to request a set time for planning/arrangement purposes, we were told they could not accommodate our schedule, that they were putting others ahead on the schedule, therefore pushing our surgery back. We decided to cancel surgery with this doctor’s office and take our business elsewhere, to a doctor and office that don’t put patients on the back burner. ”
