“I've been going to this office for almost 4 years? now, maybe more. The first appointment was with Dr. Mehta because I was having issues with some serious tinnitus in my left ear. It seems that I only had to wait 5 minutes to see him. After cleaning both ears and having him examine them, he diagnosed a hearing test just to make sure of my hearing loss. I scheduled a hearing test for later on that year (March 2017) with Dr. Balestino-Estes. I was hesitant to go but I'm glad I did. After the test, she diagnosed me with extreme hearing loss in my left ear and recommended a hearing aid. After talking about the pro's and con's of one, I agreed on ordering the Oticon that she recommended. Well, to say the least, I was very happy with the decision because the hearing aid that she recommended is small and is not even noticeable by other people. It also has an app for either the iPhone or Android which will allow you to monitor the device and alert you when the battery is low. It has helped me with my hearing in my left ear and I would definitely recommend this office and Doctors Mehta and Balestino-Estes. Smartest move I've ever made. ”

“Dr. Kathi is wonderful! But the front desk at the Olney office is unresponsive, won’t answer the phone during stated office hours, and don’t call back after 4 messages. My insurance company also has reached out and can’t get the info they need to process my claim. If Dr Kathi has an office other than Olney- go there! This review in no way reflects the doctors. They have been great. The gatekeepers are horrible. ”
