“Their customer service is poor. I bought my hearing aids in another state and I made an appointment for repairs since the hearing aids were still under warranty. I received them back from the manufacturer and the audiologist informed me that it would cost $500 if I wanted reprogramming since I didn't purchase them at Henry Ford. They deal with the manufacturer there and should service my hearing aids at a reasonable price. I contacted my insurance company and they informed me the usual price for reporgramming in my area is $80 to $150 and this was outrageous. On another time, I went in to have them cleaned. The technician's posted hours were for 1 to 3:30 in the afternoon. I arrived at 1:45 and was told he was still at lunch. I waited and checked with reception again at 2:15. They tried to find him and came back and said he is still at lunch. I had verified with him over the phone the day before what his hours were. Very unprofessional and overpriced services.”
