Dr. Baker is a native of Springfield and has been with Mercy Clinic Audiology since 1987. She has 30 years of experience in diagnostic and hearing aid dispensing for pediatrics and adults. She specializes in Bone Anchored Hearing Appliances. She obtained her Doctorate from Salus University in Pennsylvania and Master’s degree from Memphis State. In addition to the main office in Springfield, Dr. Baker has an Outreach Clinic in Branson.

“I made the appointment over three months ago for my mother. We supposed to have her hearing tested and have her hearing aids adjusted. My mother already had hearing aids from somewhere else. It was really a terrible experience all the way around. First of all, whenever I made the appointment I told the girl I just needed someone to check her hearing aids and make sure that they didn't need to be adjusted. So I specifically said that she had Starkey hearing aids when I made the appointment. So we get to the appointment yesterday after it being postponed once, which is not a problem, except the fact that after 3 months we had the appointment and they told us that they don't service Starkey hearing aids. So it was a frustrating experience.”
