Swank Family Hearing

“Swank is the worst person to see for hearing problems. From her dark, creepy little office to her cold, harsh impersonal manner, seems all she truly cares about is money. She literally pushed my head around, never bothered to fit the hearing aids properly, held them on with a string. Didn't listen to me when I asked for a certain type of aids, gave me exactly the opposite of what I wanted. She called in sick and canceled appointments several times . The office was just locked up..no one coverin g for her. Unless you don't mind being treated rudely, DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN !!”
