“I have been a client of ASLH for many year I come in from Santa Fe, an hours drive, and have never had a problem scheduling appts. The staff is always professional and helpful. Their hearing aid bank has been so fantastic and life saving I would never have been able to afford the quality hearing aids I have had. They helped me find low cost insurance and other items they offer. ”
“This facility is so unprofessional they will call you the time of your appointment to cancel it. For someone who doesn’t live close this is unacceptable, it’s a waste of gas and time. If you don’t have any doctors or just plain unable to see your patients, you DO NOT call them the same day or around the patients appointment time. I am highly upset.”
“They were friendly to me.”
“She was professional, efficient, courteous, kind, and sensitive. A true professional!”
“I worked with 2 different people and they were both amazing. ”
