Lorraine Lombardo earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Pennsylvania College of Optometry School of Audiology, her Master’s degree in Audiology from Kent State University and her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Toledo. She helps patients at our Westlake facility.

“It took me 2 months to get a appointment with Dr. Susan Kasunick when my wife and I were escorted back to the exam room the Doctor was in there for all of 3 minutes. She left the room then came back only to leave again. In about 5 minutes a young lady Devon Chase came in and did the exam. She is a intern with a bachelor’s degree. The evaluation report gave Devon Chase B.S. and underneath that it said testing was obtained under direct supervision of Susan Kasunick MA, CCC/A She was not in the room at all. Not what I had expected after waiting 2 months. I have always had very good experiences with Cleveland Clinic other than this time.”

Cleveland Clinic's Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy Audiological Management Program offers hearing-impaired persons and their families solutions based on individual lifestyle and needs. Audiological and Hearing aid services are provided by licensed Audiologists that hold the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association’s (ASHA’s) certificate of clinical competence (CCC-A). All Audiological staff participates in continuing education in order to ensure state-of-the-art knowledge, skills and abilities.
