“My hearing has been bad for as long as I can remember. Even as a kid I struggled to hear words. Background noise has been a particular challenge for me. For these reasons as well as because I have other hearing aids that did not help me hear any better where there is a lot of background noise, I came to A&E not at all sure they would be any better. I agreed to try their hearing aids because of their 30 day return with full refund policy. From the first day I wore them, I was hearing sounds I absolutely could not hear before. I found out we have noisy ceiling fans in our house and now hear noises in the machinery at work that I did not hear before. My world has become much noisier than it used to be. With my other hearing aids I did not wear them all the time because I felt they often did not help me hear what I wanted to hear. With these hearing aids, most days, I put them in as soon as I get up.”

“The reason I rated my experience one star is because the way Dr Kaplan reacted to a complaint about my hearing aids. My wife and I have seen him before and he was very polite. As soon as I disagreed with him he started saying I was rude , he was condesending to me . I contacted DR Eliott and she had Dr. Schmidt take care of everything, I would not go to Dr. Kaplan ever again , I think he needs training in how to handle a customer complaint. ”

She really didn't finish the process, because I guess he was getting up, not fussy, but not sitting down. She was fast. She told me to come back in 6 months. She didn't have no interest in trying to getting him to sit down.”
