Debby checked for, and removed, wax in both ears and then tested my hearing. She diagnosed me with mild to moderate loss and fitted me with aids. I had to return in a week as my voice and environmental sounds were too much. She adjusted the aids and since then, all is fine. I'm very pleased!”
