“Dr Foster has the greatest approach to giving a through complete exam coupled with the hearing test to give the best recommended hearing treatment. In my case he also had valuable experience which he made a note on my findings to take to the Veterans Administration. To establish service connection. Many thanks. ”

“Quick wait timed which helps so much when your toddler is the patient. Nice and caring, answered all my questions before I could even ask them. Very thorough and understanding.”

“It took awhile to get in, but worth the wait. Dr. Steineger was very professional and listened intently to my concerns. His exam was thorough and very clearly laid out my options. I later came back to see Laura in audiology and discussed my options once again. She was very informative and not pushy at all. She made her suggestions and then allowed my wife and I to discuss it and make a decision. I opted for a hearing aid in my right ear and will wait to see about getting the BAHA surgery later. I would recommend their office with no hesitation. ”

“1st time visit and was very pleased with the staff & Dr Weir, who treated me like a person. Listened to what I had to say & explained things in a way that I could understand, even joked with us. Even joked with us on the follow up visit on his last day before retirement....Happy retirement enjoy it.”

“First impressions are lasting impressions! This was my first time visiting the ENT clinic. I was very impressed with the professional service I received from the time I checked in until the time I left. They were running behind schedule which is understandable as this happens. I informed them that I needed to leave by a certain time. They removed all the obstacles to ensure that my visit was thorough. I left on the time to arrive at my next appt. as scheduled.
Nicole, Dr . Worley, and staff exceeded my expectations!”
Gloria L. of Roebuck, SC 09/07/2022 Review submitted online
“This office was kind enough to see me the same day I called about possible foreign matter in my throat. Dr. Worley was very gentle as he performed the test to look at my throat by going through my nose. I highly recommended this group. ”

“I have been wearing hearing aids since Jan. 2009 and have gone to the Hearing Center of Spartanburg the entire time. Dr. Foster is an excellent ENT doctor and Laura Sexton is a super audiologist. Included in the cost of the hearing aids are visits every 3 to 4 months for the audiologist to clean, check, and adjust the hearing aids and make any needed changes to them. If any other problems occur, an individual can make as many appointments as needed without additional charges until the warranty expires. I highly recommend the Hearing Center of Spartanburg and Greer ENT & Allergy for all your hearing needs.”

“My situation began with an appointment with Dr. Pitts referred to Dr. Steiniger who preformed a Stapedectomy on my right ear with fantastic success who then referred me to Cassie Costilow AuD. Cassie fit me with the best pair of hearing aids I ever owned barring none! I have worn hearing aids for 45 years!”

“My first visit with Dr. Kristin Pitts was in January 2020, after the doctor supervising my sleep apnea/CPAP use retired. I've seen her at six-month intervals since, most recently April 21, 2022. Dr. Pitts and the Staff are kind, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable in answering questions. It always takes time for a person to connect with a doctor, especially in today's world when physicians have little time to actually spend with a patient. Dr. Pitts and I did on the second visit. I go with written questions if I have any and receive answers. Last visit began with a thorough review with Dr. Pitts' associate, updating my record to reflect current medical status. Dr. Pitts also asks pertinent questions. I am unable to provide the digital data from my CPAP machine, so staff requests it from my provider. My experience with everyone in this specialty office has been excellent. ”

“I spent $5000 on my first pair of hearing aids. I did not know that the “hot mike” sound I was hearing was not right. My daughter had the same issue with and was able to exchange for another brand. Spartanburg ENT refused to do an exchange or refund my money. They are NOT honoring the years warrantee. I am in the hospital and can not go in the office. I have a $5000 pair of hearing aids that are useless to me. They would not work with us. DO NOT GO to this audiologist for hearing aids. NO CUSTOMER service. ”

“I arrived to my appt. with Dr. Wright (The Audiologist) on 2/3/2020 at 10.30.
I showed my appt. card given to me on 1/29 after visit with ENT Dr., who referred me.
I was told by the front desk that I was not on the schedule in the computer. No apologies, no-one came out to speak to me or explain. Did I want to make another appt? I did not think so. I will find another Audiologist and avoid the Greer office. Bad customer service.

“I had an appointment yesterday (Feb 27th) at Spartanburg ENT scheduled for 2:40pm. I was told to arrive early and I did arriving at 2:00 pm so as to complete any necessary forms. I completed one form, and then began to wait. At 3:20 pm, after watching every other patient who came in after I did get called back, I went to the check in desk and asked if there was a problem explaining that I'd been there since 2 pm. The clerk informed me that my appointment for for 2:40 pm, and that they were busy, but I would the the next patient to go back. At 3:40 pm, after watching 5 more patients who came in after I sat back down get called back, I had had enough. I told the clerk I was leaving and not to bill me for that visit. I have never been to Spartanburg ENT, and am very confused as to why they treated me that way. I am very hard of hearing and was hoping to get some help. They didn't want to help me, nor did they care that I was leaving without being seen.”

Official Response from Spartanburg ENT & Allergy:
“We are so very sorry for your wait and frustration. We get frustrated too when we are behind in seeing patients. Our doctors and audiologists try very hard to keep on schedule, but as in every medical office, emergencies arise that sometimes keep our doctors delayed longer than anticipated. Also new medical forms, that are required by the government, sometimes cause patients to have a delay in checking in. Again we apologize for the inconvenience. Our main goal is to have happy and healthy patients and we sure hope you give us another try. Thank you for your feedback!”
