Palmetto ENT and Audiology

Hannah Bannon first discovered audiology when an audiologist visited her undergraduate Introduction to Health Professions class, and she immediately felt a sense of belonging. She went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Florida and a Doctorate in Audiology from Auburn University. Dr. Bannon has been recognized for her dedication to continuing education, receiving the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association’s ACE award in both 2020 and 2022, as well as the American Academy of Audiology’s Scholar Award in 2022.

Dr. Bannon values working with Dr. Gwozdz, as it allows her to continually expand her knowledge of the medical and surgical management of certain types of hearing loss. She also appreciates the collaborative partnership they share, which enhances patient care.

In her professional life, Dr. Bannon enjoys building strong connections with her patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, walking her dog, and practicing yoga.
