Rena has been serving patients at Memphis Hearing Aid for over 15 years. She received her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree from the University of Memphis. She later earned her Doctorate of Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. In 2002 Rena became a partner at Memphis Hearing Aid. Rena is married with three children and enjoys travel and water sports.

“I have had to replace one or the other hearing aides I think 4 times in the first year because they were defective They tried to charge me fees to see someone but the aides were defective I paid 4K for 2 aides and they help but I would never go to to them again since it is all about the money the receptionist wants a fee when I come in for a defective aide My hearing aide just died from its charge after 14 hours ”
