“Yes, there is a Santa Claus. This Christmas I traveled from Kansas City to Burlington, WA to spend Christmas with my daughter and husband. My son and his girlfriend also traveled from NC to WA so we could all be together for the holidays. An ice storm in Kansas City kept me from getting my hearing aid fixed before I left home. On Monday before Christmas we called All About Hearing. The head elf, Diane Fox, invited us to come right in. When we arrived, she immediately looked at my hearing aid. It was beyond repair at the shop. She had us wait in her office while she did magic outside. When she returned she fitted me with a loaner so that I could enjoy Christmas. That was the nicest present anyone has ever given me, and I was a complete stranger from hundreds and hundreds of miles away. Her gift made this Christmas one of the best ever. While we were in her office she offered some advice on hearing aid options. She told us how our insurance might be able to help us and suggested we wait until we got home to look into fixing or replacing my non-working device.
