“This provider was poor from the very start. Although they were friendly the professional service was lacking. They were lost in determining proper insurance coverage. The initial style of hearing aid was not appropriate. The audiologist did not seem to be be well versed in the technology and features of the hearing aid. The second hearing aid they recommended came in defective. After this, I changes providers. They would not refund me my total cost which was the final straw which prompted me to write this review. Otherwise I would have remained silent. I would suggest looking for another provider.”
