“My father was visiting from out of town and had a issue with one of his hearing aids. Your Huntsville office was so kind to see him on the same day and beyond generous in refusing payment for what turned out to be a very quick fix. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and generosity. ”

“My wife's hearing aids developed a loose wire, but we are old and sheltering from the public to avoid this awful virus. Called this center, and they notified that they will do curbside service. We drove into the parking lot, phoned them, gentleman came out (with mask and paper lined receptacles for transport of aids, we laid the hearing aids on the papers. He then asked whether he could clean MY hearing aids as well. I removed them and laid them in the other lined dish. He took both pairs and returned in about 20 minutes with mine cleaned, and my wife's repaired and cleaned, all in a very sanitary manner curbside. We never had to leave the car. We were both impressed with the understanding and exemplary service. If you are keeping safe but need some help, consider giving them a call.”

I have had many sets of mid-price hearing aids, and dedicated, caring audiologists. I have just purchased a set of mid-range Oticon hearing aids from Charles Taylor, the second audiologist I have visited here, and am writing this review to let you know that I do not think you will find anyone who will provide more thorough testing, more professional analytical reviewing, or more caring, patient and friendly assistance than you will find with Charles. Unfortunately, hearing cannot be restored once lost, but Charles can and does prescribe the best assistance available, in my experience and opinion.”
