“First I’d like to share .. the office manager is amazing! she always greets you with a sincere smile, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. no matter how busy the office is she remains calm and courteous to everyone. The audiologist I see is Hannah.I am new to wearing hearing aids, it’s just been 1 year. from my first meeting with her she put me at ease. for me there was a learning curve, Hannah took her time to demonstrate and share all I needed to know the day I got my aids. “I have been a patient of the Hearing Improvement Center for the past 15+ years. My dad was a client and Allan was wonderful, patient, and very helpful. My Mom passed in July 2022 and by accident, I lost one of my hearing aids. I called and Hannah and Mary Anne , they were wonderful and took care of me immediately, I started the process of updating my hearing aids and at no time was there any pressure to return the loaner.
